At the centre of VCN News is Johan Oberholzer, who brings nearly two decades of leadership, operational management, strategic coordination, and organisational experience into the media and communications environment.

Having served in senior management and operational leadership roles throughout his professional career, Johan has developed a strong understanding of people, business, communication, structure, and the importance of building meaningful relationships. That experience now contributes to the professional and grounded approach that defines VCN News today.

Rather than approaching stories as simple headlines or online content, VCN News focuses on the people behind the story — the businesses, organisations, families, entrepreneurs, and individuals whose journeys, achievements, and challenges form part of everyday community life.
